Stock item:
The product must be in its original packaging and unopened.
The delivery must not be older than 10 days from the invoice date.
The item must be packed securely for transport and returned free of charge to our address.
We can also have the return picked up, but we have to deduct the transport costs from the credit amount.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note for fast processing.
Procurement items are excluded from return!
